Vintage Miller's Valet Horse Equine Grooming Brushes; Made in England, Leather

From a Georgia estate, two old Valet horse body brushes made by Miller's.
Leather base and handle, natural bristle body brush.  Stamped, "Made in England, 161, Pure Bristle" on the handle and "Miller's, Valet, Made in England" on the main pad (see pictures).  This brush is about 8" x 4".
Wooden handle (painted orange), synthetic bristle body brush (we THINK the bristles are synthetic - it is really hard to tell).  Marked, "Miller's, Valet, Made in England" on the handle (see pictures).  The handle is just over 8" long tip-to-tip,
Both brushes are USED - they were pretty dirty when found, but I've given them a pretty good clean up.  The black bristles on the leather handled brush had a tendency to shed when they were cleaned - you can see a few of the bristles on the towel we used to photograph the brushes.
