Victorian bustle dress reenactment in floral cotton blue and grey tones. This is a wonderful light weight summer time Victorian bustle dress in cotton. The bodice is fully lined but the over skirt and under skirt are not to help keep cost down for the buyer. The bodice and skirts have white trim and light blue lace trim. This dress should be worn with a small hoop and a bustle butt pad. Measurements are as follows:
