up for sale here is a vintage rug kit mostly finished comes with I think enough yarn to complete it ( around 5 skeins of yarn and even the needle, so all you need is scissors. says its 24 x 36 on back I measured it at around 22 " x 36 ( could have pulled up a little due to all the work on it) the yarn is cotton and cotton/rayon blend
I'm not sure exactly what you call this style, it looks like you take and make tufts or almost like pom poms and sew to base fabric and interesting look
