This is a new, unused, Victorian style choker necklace 1.5" wide for use in Cosplay or SteamPunk. This has a silver buckle on the back to adjust for neck size, with small gears on it and edged with lace. It is made of 50% cotton and 50% PVC to give it a Faux leather look. This is sealed in its original illustrated packaging and stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
