For a simple, delicious, and quick dinner, we've got a recipe for the best lamb shoulder chops you'll ever taste. So fire up the grill and gather your friends and family around the table, this recipe is worth sharing!
Lamb Recipe - Step 1/3
For this recipe you will need:
A grill, small bowl and grilling utensils, 4 lamb shoulder chops (about 1/2 inch thick), 1/4 cup cooking oil, we prefer grapeseed oil, 3 tablespoons Spicewalla Modena Balsamic Rub
Lamb Recipe - Step 2/3
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, stir oil and Modena Balsamic Rub together. 2. Pour marinade over lamb chops to fully coat them. 3. Let the chops sit for at least 1 hour to soak in the flavors.

Instructions continued:
4. Fire up that grill to medium-high heat. 5. Place chops over direct heat and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 135* F for medium-rare. 6. Remove from heat and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
