It's a poster of their "iMac Help Keep America Beautiful" multicolored (rainbow) iMac ad campaign.
It's very rare to have posters of their ads.
This ad is labelled "Apple Q399-99-P1757A Magazine 4/C".
It's in excellent shape.  Please look carefully at the photo as what you see is what you get.
