    Description

    Pumpkin Tree
    This primitive rug hooking kit features five pumpkins at the base of a fall tree. The pumpkins are hooked with hand-dyed wool as well as the tree and stars. The ground and sky are off the bolt wool. I have hand drawn the pattern on linen and carefully drawn the lines on the grain. The dimensions are approximately 16" x 13" when hooked and the edges are sewn to keep them from fraying. When finished it makes a beautiful wall hanging or table top, or can
    be made into a pillow.

    Rug binding
    Most of the wool strips are #8 cut (1/4 inch) wide but some of the wool for the crow and the leaves on the tree are #4 cut (1/8 inch). Those strips are included in the bag for the tree and crow.
