    Description

    Peeking Kitty
    This sweet primitive rug hooking kit features two stacked pumpkins with a black kitty peeking out from behind them. Pumpkin vines swirl around the cat and pumpkins. The vines and pumpkins are hand-dyed and off the bolt wool. The background is hand-dyed. There is a natural colored outline around the entire motif which makes it pop. I've hand drawn the pattern on linen and carefully drawn the lines on the grain. The dimensions are approximately 11" x 13" when hooked and I've sewn the edges to keep them from fraying. When finished, it makes an adorable wall hanging or table top, or can be made into a pillow.

    Most of the strips are #8 cut (1/4") but the strips for the kitty's eyes, nose and paws are #4 cut (1/8"). They are included in the bag with the strips for the pumpkins and cat.
