Used for handling 9.5~50mm (.375~2 Inch)
wafers / substrates; silicon, sapphire, II-VI, III-V wafers or glass, optical and other substrates.
Slot accepts square and rectangular shapes. 40 slot capacity.  Teflon / PFA material for chemical bath usage.
