    6" Wafer Container
    This wafer container is designed for 6 inch diameter wafer used for storage, transport and handling of semiconductor wafers.
    Material: Polypropylene, high quality clean room class 100
    Each single wafer carrier case includes a spider ring (pressure retention), lid and the base case.
    The wafer carriers have a conical base to support the wafers at the edges only.
    The wafers are held in place and secured by a spider spring and locking lid.
